ان حاكم مصرف لبنان,

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 06/08/2001

المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا

سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه,

وبناء على القرار رقم 8612 تاريخ 07/01/2004

القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسة الصرافة لعام 2004 ,

وبناء على كتاب "مؤسسة اوروفين للصيرفة

لصاحبها كيغام اوهانيان" تاريخ 06/11/2003 ,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "مؤسسة أوروفين للصيرفة لصاحبها كيغام أوهانيان" المسجلة في تلك اللائحة تحت رقم 595

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
