يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: تمنح شركة "مكتبة انطوان ش.م.ل." ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر في بيروت باسم "مكتبة انطوان" يتحمل مسؤوليتها السيد سامي بطرس نوفل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
