بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 330/ص

تاريخ 16/08/2004,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية درعون - حريصا ـ قضاء كسروان في محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام كسروان أعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
