يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تنشأ في بلدة عقتنيت ـ قضاء صيدا في محافظة لبنان الجنوبي بلدية جديدة تعرف باسم "بلدية عقتنيت".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ان النطاق البلدي لبلدية عقتنيت هو النطاق العقاري للبلدة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
