بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 111

تاريخ 12/06/1959,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يفوض إلى المدير العام للتعليم المهني والتقني التوقيع على عقود التعاقد للتدريس بالساعة للعام الدراسي 2003/2004 العائدة للمعاهد والمدارس الفنية والتي لم توقع من قبل وزير التربية والتعليم العالي.

المادة 2
