بناء على المرسوم رقم 13621 تاريخ

بناء على المرسوم رقم 111 تاريخ 12/06/1959

وتعديلاته, (تنظيم الادارات العامة) لا سيما

المادة السابعة منه,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 112 تاريخ

12/06/1959 وتعديلاته (نظام الموظفين),

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يفوض الى الدكتور وليد عمار مدير عام وزارة الصحة العامة صلاحية توقيع واصدار: 1- اجازات ممارسة المهن الطبية وشبه الطبية كافة 2- اجازات حمل لقب اختصاص طبي 3- اجازات حمل لقب اختصاص في طب الاسنان 4- اجازات ممارسة مهنة الصيدلة

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة
