ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14323 تاريخ 19/04/2005،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/09/1962،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد محمد تركي ماضي والمسجل تحت رقم 1173 تاريخ 14/04/2005 (طلب الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة)،

بناء على اقتراح المديرالعام لوزارة الاعلام،

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد محمد تركي ماضي، اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصا بإصدار مطبوعة شهرية، غير سياسية، باللغتين العربية والإنكليزية، باسم {COSMETICA}، تتحمل مسؤوليتها الصحافية زينب علي فران.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يكون صدور المطبوعة باللغتين المذكورتين في المادة الأولى في آن معا ومن ضمن العدد الواحد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
