ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة الخطوط الجوية التركية ش.م.، المسجلة بتاريخ 21/9/1992 تحت رقم 934 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 26/10/2005، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 15488/2005، بأنه جرى تعيين السيد حسن حاضر لار Mr. Hasan Hazirlar مديرا لمكتب الشركة في بيروت ـ لبنان لينوب عنها، وذلك وفق وكالة مؤرخة في 21/12/2004، وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
