إن شركة GlaxosmithKline Export Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 27/7/1998 تحت اسم Glaxo Wellcome Export Limited تحت رقم 2018 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ مكتب تمثيل ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 5/11/2005، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 15945/2005، بأنه جرى تعيين السيد صديق توفيق خالد الظاظا مديرا لمكتبها في لبنان ـ بيروت ـ ليكون وكيلها الحقيقي، وقد فوضته كافة الصلاحيات للقيام بذلك بموجب سند توكيل مؤرخ في 1/8/2005 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
