إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 8948 تاريخ 13/1/2005 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2005،

وبناء على محضر اجتماع الشريكين في «شركة موني للصيرفة ـ أدال شختورة وشريكها» المنعقد بتاريخ 10/8/2005،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية تاريخ 14/9/2005،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة موني للصيرفة ـ أدال شختورة وشريكها» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 252.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
