إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005،

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 370/ص تاريخ 28/11/2005،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية بصاليم ـ مزهر والمجذوب ـ قضاء المتن في محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام المتن أعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدية جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
