ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة البنك البريطاني للشرق الأوسط The British Bank of The Middle East المسجلة بتاريخ 22/6/1946 تحت رقم 125 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ، قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/11/2005، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 17066/2005، بأنه بتاريخ 18/6/2003 التأمت الجمعية العمومية للمصرف واتخذت القرارات الآتية: تعديل اسم المصرف ليصبح «HSBC الشرق الأوسط المحدود» (HSBC Bank Middle East Limited) ويخضع لاصدار مسجل الشركات في Jersey، ويصبح عنوانه التالي; at Grenville Street, St Helier Jersey، وأخيرا اعتماد نظام أساسي جديد بدلا من النظام السابق. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
