ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة أرسانا أس آر أو Arsana s.r.o. المسجلة بتاريخ 27/11/1997 تحت رقم 1078 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ مكتب تمثيل. قد صرحت بتاريخ 16/12/2005، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 18043/2005، بأنها قررت اقفال مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان، وذلك بموجب القرار الصادر بتاريخ 18/7/2005، واشعار بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
