إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 116 تاريخ 21/6/1995، المعدل بالقرار رقم 94 تاريخ 10/3/2006،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد سعيد محمد علامة والمسجل تحت رقم 964 تاريخ 25/3/2006 (طلب إبدال اسم المطبوعة)،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام،

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يبدل اسم مطبوعة «التيار الأخضر» الأسبوعية، غير السياسية، ليصبح «التيار».

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
