إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14954 تاريخ 29/7/2005 (تعيين وزراء بالوكالة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية المؤرخ في 27/11/1947 والمعدل بالقانون رقم 13 تاريخ 23/2/1999 سيما المادة (21) منه،

بناء على اقتراح محافظ جبل لبنان بكتابه رقم 354/ش/2005 تاريخ 2/5/2006،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الإدارات والمجالس المحلية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: تكف يد مختار بلدة المتين ـ قضاء المتن السيد يوسف طانيوس الناكوزي عن القيام بوظيفته بصورة مؤقتة.
