إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14954 تاريخ 29/7/2005، (تعيين وزراء بالوكالة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)، لا سيما المادة الثانية منه،

بناء على القانون رقم 665/07 تاريخ 29/12/1997 (تعديلات على بعض النصوص في قانون انتخاب أعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون البلديات وقانون المختارين) لا سيما المادة 41 منه،

بناء على قرار بلدية أنصار رقم 70 تاريخ 5/5/2006،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تضم قريتي مزرعة قلعة ميس ومزرعة دمول المحاذيتين لبلدة أنصار إلى النطاق الإدارية لبلدية أنصار.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
