ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Alpha Capital Markets Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 11/12/2004، تحت رقم 2319 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 14/10/2006، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 10930/2006 بأنها قررت إقفال فرعها في بيروت، لبنان، وذلك بموجب محضر مجلس الإدارة المنعقد بتاريخ 13 شباط 2006 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
