إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد فادي حسن الغوش، والمسجل تحت رقم 3264 تاريخ 17/10/2006 (طلب الترخيص بإصدار المطبوعة)،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام،

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد فادي حسن الغوش، اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصا بإصدار مطبوعة أسبوعية، غير سياسية، باللغة العربية باسم «أحجار» يتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
