إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 8637/م تاريخ 27/12/2006،

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية خرطوم ـ قضاء صيدا ـ محافظة لبنان الجنوبي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى أمين سر عام محافظة لبنان الجنوبي القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية خرطوم حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
