-في التعديل- إن شركة Banca Intesa Spa المسجلة بتاريخ 8/12/2001، تحت رقم 2192 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 5/6/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 6084/2007، بأنه بعد عملية الدمج التي تمت بتاريخ 28/12/2006 بين Banca Intesa Spa وبين Sanpaolo IMI S.p.a. جرى تعديل اسم المصرف الجديد الناتج عن الدمج بحيث أصبح على الشكل التالي Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.، علما بأن السيدة برتا عرمان (Berta Araman) ما زالت ممثلة للمصرف في لبنان. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
