إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الإختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على مطالعة المديرية العامة للشؤون السياسية واللاجئين رقم 6213/4 تاريخ 23/8/2007،

بناء على دواعي الخدمة والمصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: عين العضو الإختياري السيد جرجس حبيب أبو ديوان مواليد العام 1934 رقم السجل (131) فالوغا ـ حمانا ـ قضاء بعبدا ـ محافظة جبل لبنان، كونه العضو الإختياري الأكبر سنا، بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد بطرس طنوس أبو جودة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
