ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة الخليج للهندسة والتوريدات المحدودة Societe d’exportation Michelin المسجلة بتاريخ 9/12/2003، تحت رقم 2266 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 23/7/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7996/2007 بأنها قررت في 10/1/2007 إغلاق وتصفية فرعها في لبنان وهي تعطي تفويضا كاملا إلى السيد إيف رينيه هنري دوملان Mr. Yves Rene Henri Dumoulin لتمثيلها في لبنان لهذه الغاية. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
