ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Wurth Holding GmbH المسجلة بتاريخ 10/10/2001، تحت رقم 2183 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/8/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 9205/2007 بأنها قررت، بموجب محضر لمجلس الإدارة الملتئم بتاريخ 18/6/2004، حل وإقفال فرعها في بيروت. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
