بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)

بناء على المرسوم رقم 7880 تاريخ 25/7/1967 (تنظيم حقول ومراحل وشهادات التعليم المهني والتقني) وتعديلاته

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام للتعليم المهني والتقني

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يضاف الى المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 129/2002 تاريخ 24/9/2002 (احكام استثنائية تتناول الدخول الى السنة الثانية من مرحلة شهادة البكالوريا الفنية) اختصاص "تكنولوجيا المعلوماتية" والباقي دون تعديل

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
