- في التعديل - إن شركة JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association المسجلة بتاريخ 8/7/1955، تحت رقم 200 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 12/12/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 13865/2007، بأنها وكلت السيدة رنا فهمي وكيلا فعليا وقانونيا لها، بدلا من السيد سليمان محمد اسحق، من أجل تسهيل وإدارة الأعمال المصرفية العامة الخاصة بالبنك في المكتب التمثيلي في لبنان مع منحها الصلاحيات اللازمة، وذلك بموجب وكالة موقعة بتاريخ 20/11/2007، وإشعار بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
