- في التعديل - إن شركة اديداس اميرجنغ ماركت ش.ذ.م.م. Adidas Emerging Markets L.L.C المسجلة بتاريخ 17/2/2002، تحت رقم 2104 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 19/2/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1783/2008، إن الجمعية العمومية للشركة قررت تعيين السيد عثمان أياز مديرا جديدا لفرعها في لبنان مكان المدير الحالي السيد رالف كوتيرير، وذلك بالاتحاد مع المديرة الحالية السيدة زينا حلاق، ويكون للمديرين كافة الصلاحيات لإدارة الفرع ويوقعان بالاتحاد وفقا لما ورد في محضر الاجتماع المؤرخ في 7/2/2008 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم الخبر.
