إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف، لا سيما المادة 136 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 9814 تاريخ 15/1/2008 القاضي بنشر لائحة المصارف للعام 2008،

وبناء على القرار الثاني من محضر الجمعية العمومية غير العادية لمساهمي «جمال ترست بنك ش.م.ل.» المنعقدة بتاريخ 27/12/2007 القاضي بتعديل تسميته،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 4/7/08 المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 4/3/2008،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل اسم «جمال تراست بنك ش.م.ل.» المدرج على لائحة المصارف تحت رقم 80 بحيث يصبح «جمال ترست بنك ش.م.ل.».

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
