إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 9817 تاريخ 15/1/2008 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2008،

وبناء على محضر اجتماع جمعية الشركاء في «شركة بيار خوري وشركاه» المنعقدة بتاريخ 6/11/2007،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية الوارد إلى مصرف لبنان تاريخ 27/3/2008،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة بيار خوري وشركاه»، المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 147

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
