إن وزير الشباب والرياضة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 247 تاريخ 7/8/2000 (دمج وإلغاء وإنشاء وزارات ومجالس)،

بناء على القانون رقم 629 تاريخ 20/11/2004 (تنظيم وزارة الشباب والرياضة)،

بناء على المرسوم النافذ حكما رقم 213 تاريخ 27/3/2007 لا سيما الفصل السادس منه،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام للشباب والرياضة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تطبيقا لأحكام المرسوم 213 تاريخ 27/3/2007 يعتبر المنهاج التدريبي لشهادة تدريب الموجهين منهاجا رسميا معتمدا من قبل الوزارة وعلى الجمعيات التدريبية المرخصة من قبل الوزارة التقيد بأحكامه. (ملحق رقم 1).

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
