إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل شركة تجارية لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في جبل لبنان تحت رقم 2009368 تاريخ 4/1/2007 باسم «شركة الف للنشر ش.م.م.» LES EDITIONS ALEPH S.A.R.L ممثلة بشخص السيد غي جيرار أوجين دهان الذي يوقع عنها بالانفراد،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الشركة المذكورة، والمسجل تحت رقم 940 تاريخ 19/4/2008 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار)،

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح «شركة الف للنشر ش.م.م.» LES EDITIONS ALEPH S.A.R.L ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر باسم «شركة الف للنشر ش.م.م.» يتحمل مسؤوليتها السيد نقولا غي جيرار دهان، اللبناني الجنسية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
