ـ في الشطب ـ إن شركة Skanska Cementation International Limted المسجلة بتاريخ 22/9/1994، تحت رقم 961 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/6/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 6335/2008، بناء على محضر اجتماع جلسة مجلس الإدارة المنعقدة بتاريخ 19/5/2008 بأنها قررت إقفال مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان وشطبه عن سجل الشركات والمسجل لدى دائرة الشركات في وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
