إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في جبل لبنان تحت رقم 2011821 تاريخ 23/1/2008 باسم «اسباس للنشر ESPACE PUBLICATION"،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد ادمون مارسل شدياق، والمسجل تحت رقم 1879 تاريخ 5/8/2008 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار)،

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد ادمون مارسل شدياق اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر باسم «اسباس للنشر ESPACE PUBLICATION} يتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
