إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاخيتارية المؤرخ في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على إيداع محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 412/ب تاريخ 17/11/2008،

بناء على مطالعة المديرية العامة للشؤون السياسية واللاجئين رقم 4154/4 تاريخ 21/4/2008،

بناء على دواعي الخدمة والمصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عين العضو الاختياري الأكبر سنا السيد زياد سليم حاطوم، مختارا في بلدة كفرسلوان قضاء بعبدا ـ محافظة جبل لبنان وذلك بديلا عن المختار المتوفي المدعو فيليب جريس سعد.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ لمن يلزم.
