المادة 1

ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Sensormatic Middle East, Inc. (SME)، المسجلة بتاريخ 24/8/1998، تحت رقم 2023(بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 8/1/2009، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 183/2009، بأنه لما كانت شركة Tyco Acquisition Corp. XXIV (NV) وفروعها بما في ذلك المكتب التمثيلي لشركة (SME) المذكورة أعلاه، وحيث إن الشركة Sensormatic Electronics Corporation حلت بالتالي محل شركة (SME) في كل حقوقها والتزاماتها، قررت شركة Sensormatic Electronics Corporation إغلاق المكتب التمثيلي المذكور أعلاه. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
