ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Comium Data Group Holding Ltd المسجلة بتاريخ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 20/1/2009، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 800/2009، بأنه جرى، في 22/7/2008، تعديل اسمها من {Comium Data Group Holding Ltd} إلى {C -DATA NETWORKS GROUP HOLDING LTD}، كما تقرر تعيين السيد علي محسن دلول مديرا جديدا لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان مع منحه الصلاحيات الواردة في «قرار المدير» المؤرخ في 22/12/2008 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
