ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Sanofi - Synthelabo Groupe S.A المسجلة بتاريخ 8/8/2000، تحت رقم 2127 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب التمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 26/1/2009، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1069/2009، بأنه، جرى، بموجب محضر اجتماع الجمعية العمومية غير العادية للشركة، المؤرخ في 23/12/2005، تغيير اسم الشركة إلى Sanofi- Aventis Groupe. وبموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقد بتاريخ 28/8/2007، تقرر إغلاق مكتبها التمثيلي. وبتاريخ 17/11/2008 قررت الشركة، المعدل اسمها، تعيين السيد أحمد ياقوت مديرا لهذا المكتب إلى حين إنجاز إجراءات الإغلاق. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
