ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة «نوردكس فود» ش.م. Nordex Food A/S المسجلة بتاريخ 18/12/2004، تحت رقم 2320 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب التمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 27/1/2009، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1144/2009، بأنه تقرر إغلاق مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان بشكل نهائي، وذلك بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقدة بتاريخ 28/11/2008 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
