ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Gulf Agency Company Limited Vaduz المسجلة بتاريخ 9/11/1992، تحت رقم 936 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/1/2009، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1170/2009، بأنه جرى تمديد ولاية وكيلها ومدير فرعها في لبنان السيد سمعان جورج بجاني لغاية 1/2/2010، وذلك بموجب وكالة منحته الصلاحيات اللازمة ودخلت حيز التنفيذ ابتداء من 1/2/2008 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
