ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Unicredit Banca di Roma S.P.A المسجلة بتاريخ 1/10/2002، تحت رقم 2222 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/3/2009، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3542/2009، بأنها قررت إقفال فرعها في لبنان، ويتضح ذلك من مستخرج من محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة البنك المنعقد في 5/3/2008 وإشعار بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
