ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة LG Electronics Inc. المسجلة بتاريخ 9/4/2005، تحت رقم 2336 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 31/3/2009، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4003/2009، بأن اللجنة الإدارية لمجلس إدارة الشركة، المنعقدة في 4/2/2009، قررت أنه، ابتداء من كانون الأول 2008، سيكون مكتبها التمثيلي في بيروت تحت سلطة وإدارة شركة {LG Electronics Levant-Jordan} وبالتالي فقد عين مجلس إدارة هذه الأخيرة السيد إيلي ألفرد شحادة ممثلا لها في لبنان مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة الواردة في سند التوكيل المؤرخ في 5/2/2009 وإشعار بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
