ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Cyanamid Overseas Corporation المسجلة بتاريخ 24/12/1971، تحت رقم 552 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 24/4/2009، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 5031/2009، والتي غيرت اسمها في 31/12/2002 إلى {COC I CORPORATION} والتي تزاول أعمالها تحت اسم {WYETH PHARMACEUTICALS}، قد صرحت بأن السيد فادي شباط لم يعد أجيرا لدى الشركة اعتبارا من تاريخ 13 شباط 2009، وأنه قد حل محله كوكيل عن الشركة السيد رافي حبيبيان بصفة مدير مبيعات. كما أن الشركة تؤكد بأن السيد روبير هايرابيديان باق في مركزه كمدير للفرع مع الصلاحيات نفسها. وإشعار بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
