ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة 18 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 10088 تاريخ 20/1/2009 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2009 ،

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 4/2/09 تاريخ 30/3/ 2009 ،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة احمد قاسم الخطيب وشريكه للصيرفة" المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 444.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
