إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على القرار رقم 693 تاريخ 16/5/2009، القاضي بإنشاء بلدية في بلدة كفرتيه ـ قضاء كسروان ـ محافظة جبل لبنان.

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يكلف قائمقام كسروان ـ محافظة جبل لبنان القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية كفرتيه ـ كسروان قضاء كسروان حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
