LTD المسجلة بتاريخ 31/7/2008، تحت رقم 2469 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 6/8/2009، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 9836/2009، بأنها عينت، بالاضافة الى السيد وليد حسنة، الآنسة باسكال بردويل كمديرين متحدين لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان، وهما مخولان بالاتحاد والانفراد بالقيام بالاعمال المذكورة وفي خلاصة قرارات أعضاء الادارة الخطية الصادرة في 22/5/2009، وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
