ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف، لا سيما المادة 136 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 10089 تاريخ 20/1/2009 القاضي بنشر لائحة المصارف لعام 2009،

وبناء على القرار الثالث من محضر الجمعية العمومية غير العادية لمساهمي "غازبروم بنك - انفست (لبنان) ش.م.ل." المنعقدة بتاريخ 14/1/2009 القاضي بتعديل تسميته،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 19/13/09 المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 5/8/2009،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل اسم "غازبروم بنك - انفست (لبنان) ش.م.ل." المدرج على لائحة المصارف تحت رقم 128 بحيث يصبح "غازبروم بنك - انفست (منا) ش.م.ل.".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
