- في التعديل - ان شركة Schneider Electric Industries S.A المسجلة بتاريخ 24/5/1997، تحت رقم 1050 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 30/9/2009، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 12353/2009، بأنه، بناء لاجتماع مجلس ادارة الشركة المنعقد بتاريخ 5 آذار 2004، تقرر بالاجماع اقفال فرع الشركة في لبنان. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
