ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف، لا سيما المادة 136 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 10089 تاريخ 20/1/2009 القاضي بنشر لائحة المصارف لعام 2009،

وبناء على القرار الثاني من محضر اجتماع الجمعية العمومية غير العادية لمساهمي "بنك البركة لبنان ش.م.ل. (ب.ب.ل.) (مصرف اسلامي)" المنعقدة بتاريخ 5/9/2009 القاضي بتعديل تسميته،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 5/22/09، المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 28/10/2009،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل اسم "بنك البركة لبنان ش.م.ل. (ب.ب.ل.) (مصرف اسلامي)" المدرج على لائحة المصارف تحت رقم 109 بحيث يصبح "بنك البركة ش.م.ل.".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
