المادة 1

- في التعديل - إن شركة Alitalia - Linee aerea, italiane S.p.a المسجلة بتاريخ 12/10/1967, تحت رقم 423 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع), قد صرحت بتاريخ 17/12/2009, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 16450/2009, بانه تقرر بموجب مرسوم صادر عن رئيس مجلس وزراء إيطالي رق 29 آب 2008, قبول الشركة في إجراءات التصفية مع مفعول فوري, كما تقرر إضافة الى ذلك تعيين الأستاذ Augusto Fantozzi الايطالي, مصفّ للشركة مع مفعول فوري ايضا, وقد نظم المصفي المذكور وكالة خاصة للمحامي وديع قرطباوي تجيز لهذا الأخير القيام بكافة أعمال تصفية فرع الشركة في لبنان وشطب قيده من وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة ومن السجل التجاري في بيروت. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
