ان وزير السياحة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قرار وزير السياحة رقم 150 تاريخ 18/6/2009 القاضي باعفاء المواطنين اللبنانيين مواليد جعيتا من رسم الدخول الى مغارة جعيتا،

بناء على القرار الاعدادي الصادر عن مجلس شورى الدولة رقم 327/2008 - 2009 تاريخ 30/9/2009 القاضي بوقف تنفيذ قرار وزير السياحة رقم 150 تاريخ 18/6/2009،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى القرار رقم 150 الصادر عن وزير السياحة بتاريخ 18/6/2009.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
