ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947 ، وتعديلاته،

بناء على القانون رقم 665 تاريخ 29/12/1997 (تعديل بعض النصوص في قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون البلديات وقانون المختارين) لا سيما المواد 28 و32 و34 و35 منه،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تدعى الهيئات الانتخابية للمختارين والمجالس الاختيارية في المدن والبلدات والقرى والاحياء لانتخاب مختارين ومجالس اختيارية في دوائر محافظة جبل لبنان بتاريخ 2/5/2010.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يحدد عدد المختارين واعضاء المجالس الاختيارية لكل مدينة أو بلدة أو قرية أو حي وفقا لما يلي:

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
